摘要

对幼儿发展进行循证评估有利于改善幼儿园过程质量.美国教养模式(Educare Model)通过计划为先—落实其后—评估审视—改进提升的循证评估路径,掌握幼儿发展的现实样态,检测学校教育质量并识别潜在的教育问题,为改进过程质量提供动态、持续、有效的证据.借鉴美国教养模式循证评估经验,优化我国幼儿发展评估工作:树立循证评估理念,提供循证评估指导;强调多元协同,鼓励联动式参与;主张动态发展,构建循证评估机制;依托数字赋能,开发证据资源库.

Abstract

Evidence-based assessment of early childhood development is crucial for improving the quality of kindergarten processes.Educare Model in the United States adopts an evidence-based assessment path of implementation,followed by evaluation,review,and improvement to understand the reality of early childhood development,exam the quality of education,identify potential educational issues,and provide dynamic,continuous,and effective evidence for improving the quality of the process.Drawing on the evidence-based assessment experience of Educare Model,China can optimize the assessment of early childhood development by establishing an evidence-based assessment concept and providing evidence-based assessment guidance,emphasizing diverse collaboration and encouraging collaborative participation,advocating for dynamic development,and establishing an evidence-based evaluation mechanism.Additionally,relying on digital empowerment,China can develop an evidence repository.
