摘要

作为正规早期教育和保育的补充,非正规早期教育和保育被卢森堡视为教育系统的核心组成部分.卢森堡政府推出一系列改革措施:优化非正规早期教育课程框架;做好职前职后一体化教师培养;优化资源配置和协调部门合作;建立多主体质量评估与监测体系.

Abstract

In Luxembourg's education system,informal early education and childcare are considered a core component in addition to formal early education and childcare.The Luxembourg government has implemented a series of reform measures to further develop this aspect of education,including continuously revising the framework of the informal early education curriculum,strengthening the reform of pre-service and post-service integrated teacher professional development,continuously optimizing resource allocation and coordinating departmental cooperation,and establishing a sound quality assessment and monitoring system.
