摘要

科学研究是推动学科发展和社会进步的重要力量.在托育服务高质量发展背景下,加强科学研究具有完善托育服务政策法规、提高托育服务质量、促进托育服务专业发展等重要的理论和现实意义.现阶段,开展托育服务领域科学研究活动面临研究基础薄弱、研究范式单一和研究人才稀缺等现实困境.为推进科学研究助力托育服务高质量发展,需要回应托育服务发展现实问题,汇聚多学科视角与方法,加强研究人才队伍建设.

Abstract

Scientific research plays a crucial role in advancing disciplines and driving social progress.Within the realm of high-quality development of childcare services,investing in scientific research holds both practical and theoretical significance.It can improve childcare service policies and regulations,enhance service quality,and promote professional development.However,there are several challenges that hinder scientific research in this field,including a weak research foundation,limited research paradigms,and a shortage of research talents.To overcome these challenges and promote high-quality childcare services through scientific research,it is essential to address practical issues related to childcare service development and promote collaboration across interdisciplinary fields.Additionally,building a team of research talents is a critical component of advancing scientific research in the field of childcare services.
