摘要
本研究通过对4名公办幼儿园初任教师一日工作的参与式观察,和对15名幼儿园初任教师的深度访谈,了解幼儿园初任教师情感劳动规则与实践情况,探究影响幼儿园初任教师在与幼儿及家长构建稳定和谐关系过程中生产积极情感的因素,以期为促进幼儿园初任教师专业化成长、减少幼儿园初任教师流动提供启示.
Abstract
This study involved participatory observations of the daily work of four newly appointed teachers in public kindergartens,as well as in-depth interviews with 15 newly appointed teachers.The aim was to gain insights into the emotional labor practices and rules of kindergarten teachers and to explore the factors that affect the generation of positive emotions when building stable and harmonious relationships with children and parents.The ultimate goal was to promote the professional growth of kindergarten teachers and reduce the turnover rate of new teachers.
