幼小衔接协同治理区域推进的现实困境与破解路径

摘要
基于协同治理理论的四要素模型分析发现,幼小衔接协同治理区域推进的现实困境表现为起始条件复杂、催化领导缺位、制度设计欠缺、协同过程不畅.建议统筹多方利益诉求,规划制度支撑的协同治理方案;设立常态化幼小衔接领导小组,支持协同治理高效开展;加强多维协同评估与反馈,支持协同治理的持续循环与优化.
Abstract
Based on the four-element model of collaborative governance theory,the analysis shows that the practical difficulties in promoting collaborative governance for the transition from preschool to primary education in the region are complex initial conditions,lack of catalytic leadership,insufficient institutional design,and ineffective collaborative processes.It is recommended to coordinate various interests,plan sustainable collaborative governance programs,establish a regular leadership group for the transition,and support efficient collaborative governance.Additionally,strengthening multidimensional collaborative assessment and feedback can support continuous optimization of collaborative governance.
