Synergistic Development of Explicit and Implicit Competence of Kindergarten Teachers from the Perspective of Educator's Spirit:Inner Logic,Realistic Challenges,and Adaptive Strategies
Currently,there is an imbalance in the evaluation and training system of the explicit and implicit competence of kindergarten teachers,which is not conducive to the coordinated development of their explicit and implicit competence.From the perspective of the spirit of educators,this study proposes strategies to reconstruct the pre-service explicit and implicit competence development course through social adaptation and collaborative value conflict resolution,improve the post-service teaching and research mechanism,and enhance the professional competence of kindergarten teachers.These strategies aim to better implement the task of moral education and cultivate talents,and promote the sustainable development of early childhood education.
