Contamination of pathogenic microorganism in online shopping food in Liaoning Province from 2013 to 2022
Objective To investigate the contamination of pathogenic microorganisms in online shopping food in Liaoning Province, and to provide evidence for finding and reducing the contamination of pathogenic microorganisms in online shopping food. Methods The data of Liaoning Province from the National Food Microbial Risk Monitoring and Analysis System between 2013 and 2022 were analyzed, the pollution situation was described by the component ratio and the differences of positive rate for pathogenic microbial contamination between online and non-online shopping food were found.SPSS 21.0 software was used to carry out Chi-square test, the difference P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results From 2013 to 2022,the positive rate of pathogenic microorganism contamination in foods purchased online was 10.46%,while that in foods not purchased online was 9.88%,the difference between them was no statistically significant(x2=0.651,P=0.428).The positive rate of pathogenic microorganism contamination in online shopping catering food was 12.64%,and that in non-online shopping catering food was 8.01%,the difference between them wasstatistically significant(x2=11.000,P=0.002).The positive rate of pathogenic microorganism contamination in online shopping samples was 8.96%,and that in non-online shopping samples was 6.75%,the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.557,P=0.013).Among the positive samples of pathogenic microorganism contamination in pre-packaged online shopping food, special diet food and infant food were the most, accounting for 45.68%(37/81).Conclusions There is no significant difference between online shopping food and non-online shopping food in Liaoning Province, but the risk ofpathogenic microorganisms in online shopping catering food,pre-packaged online shopping food such as special diet food and infant food should be paid attention to.
