Pathogenic analysis of salmonella from foodborne diseases in Fengtai District of Beijing from 2017 to 2022
Objective To investigate the serotype, molecular typing and drug resistance of Salmonella detected in food-borne disease surveillance in Fengtai district of Beijing. Methods Serotyping, molecular typing and drug sensitivity tests were performed on 77 Salmonella strains detected from fecal samples collected from three sentinel hospitals in Fengtai District of Beijing during 2017 to 2022,and their correlations were analyzed, counting data were tested by x2.Results Salmonella enteritidis was the dominant serotype.Forty-eight types of bands were obtained by PFGE cluster analysis of 74 strains of Salmonella. The bands varied greatly, and Salmonella enteritidis formed two large clusters. The multiple drug resistance rate of 77 Salmonella strains was 63.64%,and the top three antibiotics with the drug resistance rate were:Nalidixic acid(67.53%),streptomycin(59.74%),ampicillin(57.14%),there were 32 kinds of multi-drug resistance spectrum, the resistance spectrum of the most resistant strains was AMP-AMS-NAL-Sul-CT-STR,and all were Salmonella enteritidis. Conclusions The PFGE band type of Salmonella strains with the same serotype in our region is consistent and the clustering is obvious.Salmonella resistance is serious and its drug spectrum is complex. There is a certain correlation between serum type,PFGE type and drug resistance spectrum.
