摘要
本文研究构建基于医疗健康大数据的重大传染病监测预警标准体系,依托上海市已初步建立的传染病综合监测系统,研究面向重大传染病监测的大数据资源目录,为传染病监测相关数据的汇集和治理提供标准依据,基于监测数据的深度和广度,建立症候群指标和重大传染病监测预警指标,研究构建预警研判标准和模型,实现重大传染病的主动监测和预警.在此基础上,研究公共卫生风险评估及预警服务标准,为重大传染病联防联控应对机制奠定基础.
Abstract
This article aims to construct a standard system for major infectious disease monitoring and early warning based on medical and health big data,depending on the comprehensive infectious disease monitoring system that has been initially established in Shanghai,to develop the big data resource catalog for major infectious disease monitoring,and to provide a standard basis for the collection and treatment of infectious disease monitoring data.Based on the depth and breadth of monitoring data,syndrome and early warning indicators of major infectious diseases are established.Judgment standards and models of early warning are also explored to achieve active monitoring and early warning of major infectious diseases.On this basis,the public health risk assessment and early warning service standards were evaluated to lay a foundation for joint prevention and control of major infectious diseases.
