Study on the resilience of emergency services for blood collection and supply system in Sichuan Province in 2020
Objective To evaluate the resilience of blood collection and supply service system in blood stations in Sichuan Province,and to provide reference for policies to improve the emergency support capacity of blood collection and supply service system in blood stations.Methods The data of 22 secondary indicators in 5 aspects of economic resilience,social resilience,infrastructure resilience,organizational resilience,and process resilience in the resilience evaluation of blood collection and supply service system of 20 blood stations in Sichuan Province in 2020 were collected and evaluated according to the resilience assessment indicator framework.The spatial distribution of resilience among blood stations in cities and states of Sichuan Province was analyzed.Results Among the first-level indicators of the resilience assessment of the blood collection and supply service system of 20 blood stations in Sichuan province in 2020,the average score of economic resilience was 2.276 points,the average score of social resilience was 1.972 points,the average score of infrastructure resilience was 3.287 points,and the average score of organizational resilience was 2.203 points.The highest average process resilience score was 3.781.The three blood stations with the highest comprehensive resilience scores were:Luzhou Central Blood Station 4.152,Neijiang Central Blood Station 3.656 and Dazhou Central Blood Station 3.653.The three blood stations with the lowest comprehensive resilience scores were:Ganzi Prefecture Central Blood Station 1.921,ABa Prefecture Central Blood Station 2.111 and ZiYang Central Blood Station 2.311.Conclusions Comparison of the resilience level of the blood collection and supply service system of 20 blood stations in Sichuan Province varies more significantly,but the resilience of some of them,especially those in ethnic minority areas,is relatively low.Among the five first-level indicators of the resilience of the blood collection and supply service system,the average score of process resilience is the highest,while the average score of social resilience is the lowest.In strengthening the construction of emergency support system of blood collection and supply service in Sichuan province,it is necessary to improve the comprehensive resilience level of blood collection and supply service system of blood stations in minority areas.At the same time,the social resilience,organizational resilience and economic resilience of blood stations in the province should be enhanced to do a good job in the blood security work of the province under emergency conditions.
