我国卫生健康数据共享开放利用存在的问题与对策

摘要
随着互联网和人工智能等现代信息技术的广泛应用,健康医疗大数据已成为国家重要的基础性战略资源,有效利用健康医疗大数据可为医疗机构临床诊疗、患者信息获取、研究人员科研工作、管理部门行政决策等业务开展提供强有力的帮助,但目前卫生健康数据共享开放率实际并不高.因此,本文通过分析我国卫生健康数据共享开放利用的现状,探究卫生健康数据共享开放利用存在的问题,提出卫生健康数据共享开放利用的建议与对策,为加快推动卫生健康数据共享开放利用提供参考.
Abstract
With the widespread application of modern information technologies such as the internet and artificial intelligence,big data for health care has become an important fundamental strategic resource for the country.Effective utilization of health and medical big data can provide strong assistance for clinical diagnosis and treatment,patient information acquisition,research work of researchers,administrative decision-making of management departments,and other business operations of medical institutions.However,the current sharing and open rate of health data is not high.Therefore,this article analyzed the current situation of health data sharing and utilization in China,explored the issues existing in health data sharing and utilization,and proposed suggestions and countermeasures for health data sharing and utilization to provide reference for accelerating the sharing and open utilization of health data.
