目的 对2018-2022年海口市游泳场所水质检测结果进行分析,了解游泳池水质各项指标是否达标,为今后监管游泳池环境卫生及保障游泳者身心健康提供依据.方法 2018-2022年共采集游泳池水样1 669份,检测指标参照《游泳场所卫生标准》和《公共场所卫生指标及限值要求》进行评价.采用SAS 9.2统计软件进行x2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 2018-2022年游泳池水质样品共1 669份,总合格率为59.3%,其各年份泳池水质样品及合格率分别是467(62.5%)、481(64.9%)、459(52.5%)、190(55.3%)和72(54.2%),5年间差异有统计学意义(x2=19.028,P=0.001).游泳池水中大肠菌群及浑浊度两项指标合格率为99.5%,pH值及尿素合格率为82.6%.其中除了菌落总数合格率差异无统计学意义外,其他5项合格率差异有统计学意义(pH x2=205.554,P<0.001;浑浊度x2=93.008,P<0.001;尿素x2=10.808,P=0.029;游离性余氯x2=35.802,P<0.001;大肠菌群x2=16.070,P=0.003).儿童游泳池水质样品306份,合格率为53.8%,成人游泳池水质样品1363份,合格率为60.6%,差异有统计学意义(x2=5.567,P=0.018);各项指标合格率除了尿素差异有统计学意义外(x2=3.901,P=0.048),其他5项合格率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05).对比不同浓度的游离性余氯,微生物指标合格率差异有统计学意义(x2=39.477,P<0.001).结论 近5年海口市游泳池水质总体合格率不容乐观,6项指标中,pH值、尿素以及游离性余氯指标合格率较低,游泳池水质卫生状况应加强管理和监督,减少疾病传播风险,确保游泳者健康.
Analysis of the water quality and sanitation monitoring results of swimming pools in Haikou City from 2018 to 2022
Objective To analyze the water quality test results of swimming places in Haikou city from 2018 to 2022,to understand whether the swimming pool water quality indicators meet the standard,to provide a basis for the future supervision of the environmental sanitation of swimming pools and the guarantee for the physical and mental health of swimmers.Methods A total of 1 669 water samples from the swimming pool were collected from 2018 to 2022,the testing indexes were evaluated with reference to the Health Standard for Swimming Places and the Requirements for Health Indicators and Limits in Public Places.The SAS 9.2 statistical software was used for x2 test,with the test level α=0.05.Results From 2018 to 2022,about 1 669 water quality samples of swimming pool were collected,and the total qualified rate was 59.3%,the water quality sample and qualified rate of the swimming pool in each year were 467(62.5%),481(64.9%),459(52.5%),190(55.3%),72(54.2%),respectively.The difference between 5 years was statistically significant(x2=19.028,P=0.001).The qualified rate of coliform group and turbidity in swimming pool was 99.5%,and the qualified rate of pH value and urea was 82.6%.Except for the difference in the qualified rate of the total number of colonies,the other 5 items were statistically significant(pH x2=205.554,P<0.001;Turbidity x2=93.008,P<0.001;Urea x2=10.808,P=0.029;free residual chlorine x2=35.802,P<0.001.Coli group x2=16.070,P=0.003).Total 306 samples of children's swimming pool,qualified rate of 53.8%,adult swimming pool water quality samples of 1 363,the qualified rate of 60.6%,The difference was statistically significant(x2=5.567,P=0.018).Except for the statistical difference of urea(x2=3.901,P=0.048),the qualifiication rate difference of the other 5 items was not significant.Comparing different concentrations of free residual chlorine,the difference in the qualified rate of microbial index was significant(x2=39.477,P<0.001).Conclusions In recent 5 years,the overall qualified rate of swimming pool in Haikou is not optimistic,among the 6 indexes,the qualified rate of pH value,urea and free residual chlorine is low,the water quality and sanitation status of swimming pools should be better managed and supervised to reduce the risk of disease transmission and ensure the health of swimmers.
