2023年凉山州中职生社交焦虑现状及影响因素分析

目的 了解凉山州中职生的社交焦虑现状,探究社交焦虑的影响因素,为促进凉山州中职生心理健康提供理论依据.方法 采取多阶段、分层随机整群抽样,在2023年对凉山州中职生进行问卷调查,对该人群的社交焦虑现状进行单因素和多因素分析,采用t检验、方差分析、Pearson相关分析和分层线性回归分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 共调查凉山州中职生5 500名,社交焦虑的总分为(33.95±10.62)分.分层线性回归分析显示孤独感是社交焦虑的主要影响因素,对社交焦虑有显著的正向提示作用(β=0.503,P<0.001,ΔR2=19.3%),孤独感得分为(46.17±8.22)分.指向情绪应对、社会支持对社交焦虑水平有正向提示作用,指向问题应对则会对社交焦虑有负向提示作用.结论 凉山州中职群体社交焦虑处于中等水平,孤独感、应对方式是社交焦虑的主要影响因素,且孤独感水平较高.在未来针对该人群的社交焦虑干预时,应重点关注孤独感水平,加强培养社交应对方式的训练,采取针对性的措施预防社交焦虑发生,进而提高心理健康水平.
Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of social anxiety of secondary vocational school students in Liangshan Prefecture in 2023
Objective To understand the current situation of social anxiety among secondary vocational school students in Liangshan Prefecture,to explore the influencing factors of social anxiety,and to provide theoretical basis for the promotion of psychological health of secondary vocational school students in Liangshan Prefecture.Methods Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among secondary vocational school students in Liangshan Prefecture in 2023.The current status of social anxiety in this population was analyzed by univariate and multivariate analyses.T-test,ANOVA,Pearson's correlation analysis and stratified linear regression analysis were used.P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results A total of 5 500 secondary vocational school students in Liangshan Prefecture were investigated,and the total score of social anxiety was(33.95±10.62).The results of stratified linear regression analysis showed that loneliness was the main influencing factor of social anxiety,and had a significant positive suggestive effect on social anxiety(β=0.503,P<0.001,ΔR2=19.3%).The loneliness score was(46.17±8.22).Targeting emotional coping and social support had positive effects on social anxiety,while targeting problem coping had negative effects on social anxiety.Conclusions The level of social anxiety was at a medium level in secondary vocational school students in Liangshan Prefecture,and loneliness and coping styles were the main influencing factors of social anxiety.The level of loneliness was high.In the future social anxiety interventions for this population,we should focus on the level of loneliness,strengthen the training of developing social coping styles,and take targeted measures to prevent the occurrence of social anxiety,so as to improve the level of mental health.
