Meta-analysis of effects of health education on health cognition of patients with assisted reproductive pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of health education on the health cognition level of patients with assisted reproductive and pregnancy,in order to provide evidence-based basis for the intervention practice in the field of rehabilitation of patients with assisted reproductive technology.Methods Compound logic retrieval method was used,"Assisted reproductive technology","Embryo Transfe"","Reproductive Techniques,Assisted","In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer","Randomized""controlled trial"and"infertility"were used as search terms to search Pubmed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from the establishment of the database to October 2023,and the references of health education for patients with assisted reproductive and pregnancy were screened.Review Manager software was used for meta-analysis.Results Among the 11 included studies,a total of 7 studies analyzed the patient's health cognition score.The sub-combination of the four stages showed that Z=19.17(P<0.001),and the difference was considered statistically significant.The combined results of the four stages of patients'health knowledge awareness rate showed that Z=9.40(P<0.001),and the difference was considered statistically significant.The combined results of patient satisfaction showed that Z=6.36(P<0.001),and the difference was considered statistically significant.Conclusions The implementation of health education at different stages in the process of assisted reproductive and pregnancy is not only conducive to improving patient satisfaction,but also can effectively promote patients'understanding of the disease itself and the treatment process,improve their health cognition level,so as to actively cooperate with medical staff and achieve better treatment effects.
