Effects of health education based on wechat platform on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with heart valve replacement surgery:a Meta-analysis
Objective To study the effects of health education based on wechat platform on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with heart valve replacement,and to provide relevant reference for postoperative rehabilitation of patients with cardiac surgery.Methods A complex logic retrieval method was adopted."transcatheter aortic valve replacement","heart valve disease","wechat platform health education","transcatheter aortic valve replacement","heart valve replacement","health education"and other search terms were used to search articles from Pubmed,Medline and CNKI from the establishment of the databases to October 2023,and references related to the implementation of health education for patients after heart valve replacement were screened.Meta-analysis was carried out by Review Manager software.If there was no obvious heterogeneity in the merger results(P≥0.1,I2≤50％),the fixed effect model was selected.If there was obvious heterogeneity(P＜0.1,I2＞50％),the random effect model was selected.P＜0.05 was statistically significant.Results A total of 9 references were included in the study.The results showed that the difference of postoperative quality of life scores between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=16.33,P＜0.001).The results of the analysis of the awareness rate of anticoagulation knowledge showed that there was no significant heterogeneity in the combined literature(P=0.57,I2=0％).The awareness rate of anticoagulation knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(Z=4.38,P＜0.001).The anticoagulation therapy compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=5.56,P＜0.001).Conclusions The implementation of wechat-based health education after heart valve replacement can effectively improve patients'compliance of anticoagulation therapy and the awareness rate of related knowledge,and improve the quality of life after surgery.The effect is better than the conventional education model,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
