Characteristics of repeated testing population in the expanding screening of AIDS in Luzhou City from 2019 to 2022
Objective To analyze the characteristics of people who participate in AIDS expanding screening and repeat testing,so as to provide reference for effective AIDS expanding screening.Methods Based on the whole population AIDS expanding detection information system,the expanding detection data from 2019 to 2022 were extracted,and R 4.1.3 software was used to collate and analyze the data,statistical description and Chi-square test were used to compare the difference by composition ratio,and the test level α=0.05.Results From 2019 to 2022,the annual population coverage rates of HIV antibody test were 23.12%,29.17%,30.58%and 29.09%,respectively,with a total population coverage rate of 62.25%for the four years.Compared to the previous year,the repetition rates for each year from 2020 to 2022 were 47.96%,47.03%,and 49.24%,respectively.The number of tests was 1,2,3 and 4 times,and the HIV positive detection rates were 0.47%,0.54%,0.47%and 0.36%,respectively.The HIV positive rates of repeated,missing,and newly added samples were 0.55%,0.45%and 0.45%,respectively.Women,older age groups,and group of lower education levels had a higher frequency of repeated testing.Conclusions About half of the population undergo repeated testing in the previous year each year,with the majority being women,middle-aged and elderly people,low educated individuals,married and widowed individuals.This article would benefit for optimizing HIV expanding testing and achieving the goal of"95%-95%-95%",which is useful to curb HIV epidemic.
