Determination of lead in blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption standard addition correction method
Objective To optimize the determination of lead in blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption standard addition correction method, and to provide reference for improving the detection method. Methods Blood was diluted with a certain proportion of nitric acid and triton, and 1%ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was used as the base modifier and bovine blood was used as the background. The standard curve was determined by the standard addition correction method, and then the sample was quantitatively determined. The obtained data were examined by paired t-test by Excel 2019.And the test level was a=0.05.Results In the range of 0-50 ug/L,the absorbance of blood lead was proportional to the lead content by this method. With a linear good correlation coefficient of R2=0.998,the detection limit was 0.67ug/L,the precision was 0.8%-3.15%,and the recovery rate was 97%-104%,all meeting the requirements. Conclusions This method potimized the conditions for the determination of lead in blood,is simple, efficient and accurate, and is an ideal method for the determination of lead in blood. It can be used for the detection and evaluation of lead in blood in general population and contact population.
