目的 了解国内生育力研究现状及研究热点,以期为生育力保护及保存的研究提供参考依据.方法 以中国知网(CNKI)为数据来源,检索2013年1月1日至2023年6月30日以"生育力"为关键词的文献,应用Citespace软件绘制知识图谱,并进行关键词共现分析、聚类分析、聚类时间线分析和突现分析.结果 406篇文献纳入研究,共生成278个节点,511条连线,网络密度0.009 9,共形成46个聚类.研究热点是恶性肿瘤患者的生育力保存;辅助生殖技术的应用与发展;不孕不育症的现状与难点.结论 辅助生殖技术安全性及有效性的探索和恶性肿瘤患者未来生育力保存和保护是研究的重点;卵巢组织冻存技术是生育力及卵巢功能保护最有前景的方法;重视不孕不育症的规范化诊疗,建立健全规范诊疗体系是亟待解决的关键问题.
Visualized analysis of research hotspots of fertility in China based on the CNKI database from 2013 to 2023
Objective To understand the current situation and hotspot of fertility research in China,to provide reference for the research of fertility protection and preservation.Methods CNKI was used as the data source to search the literatures with the keyword"fertility"from January 1,2013 to June 30,2023.Citespace software was used to create knowledge map,and keyword co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis,cluster time line analysis and emergence analysis were performed.Results 406 articles were included in the study,with a total of 278 nodes,511 connections,and a network density of 0.009 9,forming 46 clusters.The hotspot of research includes fertility preservation in patients with malignant tumors,the application and development of assisted reproductive technology,and current status and difficulties of infertility.Conclusions Safety and effectiveness of assisted reproductive technology and fertility preservation and protection of patients with malignant tumors are the research focus of the future.Ovarian tissue cry opreservation is the most promising method to protect fertility and ovarian function.Attaching importance to the standardized diagnosis and treatment of infertility and establishing and improving the standardized diagnosis and treatment system are the key problems to be solved urgently.
