Research on the Network Characteristics and Cooperation Models of Health & Hygiene Related Group Standards in China
Objective To summarize the characteristics of the cooperation network between different drafting agency of health and hygiene group standards in China,so as to provide technical basis for improving the management of standards.Methods On March 22,2023,in the national group standard information platform,Q84 health standards were selected according to the classification of national economic industries and all the standard titles were exported,totaling 2 043 group standards.Excel 2013 was used to extract information of the standard name,current status(current/discontinued),release date,and drafting agency in the group standards.The drafting agencies were classified into hospitals,enterprises,universi-ties,and research institutes,as well as others.The classification,time distribution,quantity distribution of drafting agencies were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis.The"medical-industry-academic"analysis framework was constructed,the co-occurrence matrix of drafting agencies were constructed with Excel2013,and the"medical-industry-academic"co-occur-rence diagram was drawn with tubiaoxiu.com to analyze the network characteristics and cooperation modes among different categories of drafting agencies.Results Hospitals were the main drafting agencies of health and hygiene group standards in China,with a frequency of 9 404 participation times,accounting for 50.78％(9 404/18 520)of the total frequency of drafting agencies.This was followed by enterprises,universities and research institutes,accounting for 20.22％(3 745/18 520)and 15.15％(2 805/18 520),respectively.From 2014 to 2022,there was an inverted"U"-shaped curve,which was firstly increasing and then decreasing.A total of 5 020 drafting agencies were involved in 2 043 group stand-ards,with a frequency of 18 520 occurrences.On average,there were 9.07 drafting agencies for each group standard,and 2 872 drafting agencies only involve one group standard,accounting for 15.51％(2 872/18 520)of the total frequency of drafting units.The Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resource Center participated in drafting the most standards,accounting for 2.12％(392/18 520)of the total frequency of drafting units.In 2018 and 2019,the same drafting agency participated in more than 50 health group standards,which has decreased year by year since then,and in 2022,there is no case of the same drafting agency participating in more than 20 group standards.From 2014 to 2022,the highest fre-quency of cooperation and interaction between hospitals and other types of drafting agencies was 18 676,accounting for 32.19％(18 676/58 024)of the total frequency.In 2021 and 2022,the interaction and cooperation between hospitals and enterprises were the most frequent,accounting for 36.09％(5 009/13 879)and 25.98％(1 960/7 543)of the total fre-quency of their year,respectively.Conclusion The"hospital-enterprises-academy"network of the drafting agency of China's health and hygiene group standards,shows a trend of increasing interaction frequency in general,and the coopera-tion mode is mainly from the interaction and cooperation between hospitals and enterprises to the interaction and coopera-tion between hospitals,enterprises,universities and research institutes.
