本科护生新型冠状病毒肺炎职业防护知信行水平与职业态度的关系
Relationship between the level of knowledge,attitude and practice related to COVID-19 occupational protection and professional attitudes among undergraduate nursing students

摘要
目的 调查本科护生对新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)职业防护的知信行水平及职业态度,分析二者的关系,为提高本科护生的职业态度积极性提供参考.方法 2022年3-7月,采取调查研究法选择某中医药大学护理学院2019级175名本科护生,采用新冠肺炎职业防护知信行调查问卷与护士职业态度量表,对本科护生的新冠肺炎职业防护知信行水平及护士职业态度进行调查.结果 本科护生新冠肺炎职业防护知信行总分为(91.13±13.71)分,以中等水平为主(占64.0％,114/175).本科护生新冠肺炎职业防护职业态度得分为(4.19±0.79)分,以消极态度为主(占57.5％,103/175).Pearson相关分析结果显示,本科护生职业防护信念(r=-0.161)、行为(r=-0.256)、知信行总分(r=-0.229)与其职业态度有相关性(P＜0.05).结论 本科护生新冠肺炎职业防护知信行整体处于中等水平,职业态度整体处于消极水平,且二者存在负相关关系.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the professional attitude of nursing undergraduates,and to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge,attitude and practice related to COVID-19 occupational protection and nursing undergrad-uates'professional attitude,so as to provide a reference for improving the professional attitude and enthusiasm of nursing undergraduates.Methods From March to July 2022,175 nursing undergraduates of the 2019 class of the school of nursing,a university of Chinese medicine were selected by survey research method.The questionnaire on the knowledge,attitude and practice related to COVID-19 of occupational protection and the professional attitude of nursing undergradu-ates were used to investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice of occupational protection and the professional attitude of nursing undergraduates.Results The total score of the nursing undergraduates was(91.13±13.71),which was mainly at the medium level,accounting for 64.0％(114/175).The scores of occupational attitudes towards COVID-19 occupational protection were(4.19±0.798),with negative attitudes being the main ones,accounting for 57.5％(103/175).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total scores of occupational protection attitude(r=-0.161),practice(r=-0.256)and knowledge,attitude and practice(r=-0.229)were correlated with their professional attitude(P＜0.05).Conclusion The overall knowledge,at-titude and practice of occupational protection of nursing under-graduates was at a medium level,and the overall professional attitude was at a negative level,and there was a negative cor-relation between the two.
