Pollution status and dietary exposure risk assessment of multiple pesticide residues in commercial apples in Jinan city from 2016 to 2020
Objective To understand the pollution status of pesticide residues in apples sold in Jinan city from 2016 to 2020,and to carry out chronic, acute and cumulative dietary exposure risk assessment on pesticide residues in apples in Jinan cit-y.Methods From 2016 to 2020,225 apple samples were collected from Jinan city, and 85 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides, carbamate pesticides, pyrethroid pesticides and fungicides were screened and tested. The test results were evalu-ated according to GB2763-2021"Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Food".Results A total of 18 pesticide residues were detected,87.6%of apple samples had more than one pesticide residue, and carbendazim had the highest de-tection rate(58.7%).Two or more pesticide residues were detected in about 72.0%of the samples. The residues of two banned pesticides(monocrotophos and fosamine)exceeded their respective maximum residue limit values(MRLS).Acute dietary exposure risk and cumulative acute dietary exposure risk exceeded acceptable levels in consumer groups of all ages. Conclusion There were more types of pesticide residues in apples sold in Jinan city, and the risk of chronic dietary ex-posure was small, while the health risk of acute dietary exposure was certain.
