Development and implementation of an infectious disease epidemiological investigation and isolation control system based on regional grid collaboration
The prevention and control of community infectious diseases constitutes an integral component of China's infec-tious disease prevention and control apparatus,occupying a pivotal position in the broader context of infectious disease pre-vention and control.A comprehensive analysis of the actual control situation of key personnel of new coronavirus infectious diseases was conducted during the period from 2021 to 2023 in Shandong province.This study combined the practical ex-perience of key personnel management of infectious diseases in Shandong province and various cities with a review of rele-vant literature and guidance from the national department.The CDC(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)con-structed an integrated system of workflow transfer and isolation control for key personnel of major infectious disea-ses.This system is designed to facilitate the monitoring and early warning of potential infectious disease outbreaks,as well as the mobilization and isolation of personnel in the event of an infectious disease outbreak.Additionally,the system ena-bles multi-level collaborative command,intelligent event scheduling and management,and other functions.The use of grassroots grid-based social governance concepts under the guidance of infectious disease prevention and control,with the work mode of the combination of war and peace as well as the collaborative and intelligent function of the information technology support system,provides a foundation for the construction of management systems for key personnel of infec-tious diseases in other regions and the construction of the support system.
