Research progress of rapid detection technology of Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli
Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli(DEC)is an important pathogenic microorganism that cause foodborne disease and are responsible for a large burden of disease globally.Rapid and sensitive detection technology for DEC are important to prevent and treatment disease.This paper reviews the rapid detection technology for DEC,including molecular biology technology,immunology technology,biosensor and gene sequencing technology.The principle and application of various rapid detection technology are briefly introduced to offer reference for developing and optimization new detection methods.
