Analysis on monitoring results of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food in Zibo city from 2018 to 2023
Objective To understand the pollution status of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food in Zibo city, and determine the possible sources and distribution of risk factors,so as to provide data support for food safety prevention and control. Methods According to the annual"Zibo Food Safety Risk Monitoring Implementation Program",food samples were collected within the jurisdiction of Zibo city from 2018 to 2023.The testing of chemical contaminants and harmful factors was carried out in accordance with GB 2762-2022"National Standard for Food Sa fety,Limitations of Pollutants in Food"and related standards such as the detection limits and retesting rules published by the state every year. Results A total of 2 722 samples and 60 825 testing items were collected in 6 years,154 samples exceeding the standard were detected, with an exceeding rate of 5.7%(154/2 722),obtained 220 data exceeding the standard with an exceeding rate of 0.4%(220/60 825).Unqualified indicators were residues of veterinary drugs in animal derived foods, cadmium in mantis shrimp, aluminum containing food additives in deep-fried dough sticks and fermented flour products,af-latoxins in peanuts and their products, fumonisinin corn flour. The exceeding rate of samples in the catering process was higher than that in the circulation and planting processes(x2=46.231,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the over standard rate of samples from agricultural markets and shops in the circulation process(x2=3.631,P>0.05).Conclusion The overall situation of chemical contamination in food in Zibo city is good, but chemical pollu-tants still exceed the standard in some foods.
