2008-2023年潍坊市传染病自动预警信息处置质量评价

目的 分析2008-2023年潍坊市接收处置的传染病预警信息,并评价预警信息处置质量,为规范工作流程提供依据.方法 收集传染病自动预警信息系统中2008-2023年潍坊市接收处置的传染病预警信息相关资料,描述其流行病学特征,使用逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法综合评价处置质量,用SPSS 21.0统计软件进行线性和线性组合x2检验,用Geoda1.18.0软件进行全局自相关和局部自相关分析.结果 2008-2023年,潍坊市共接收传染病预警信号24 410条,处置率100.00%,处置及时率98.51%,疑似事件阳性率21.66%,预警信号阳性率0.66%.2009-2023年疑似事件阳性率(x2=691.217,P<0.001)、预警信号阳性率(x2=149.939,P<0.001)均呈上升趋势.2008-2023年疑似事件阳性率未呈现空间聚集性分布(Moran'sI=0.057,Z=0.91,P=0.19),局部空间自相关结果示,寿光市为高-低聚集区,青州市为低-高聚集区,奎文区和寒亭区为低-低聚集区.预警信号阳性率未呈现空间聚集性分布(Moran's I=0.117,Z=0.17,P=0.46),局部空间自相关寿光市、临朐县为低-高聚集区.TOPSIS综合评价结果表明,高密市的预警信息处置质量综合评价结果较好.结论 潍坊市传染病自动预警系统运行状况良好.
Disposal quality evaluation of infectious disease automatic early-warning signal in Weifang city from 2008 to 2023
Objective To analyze the infectious disease automatic warning system in Weifang city from 2008 to 2023,and evaluate the quality of its disposal,so as to provide a basis for standardizing the workflow.Methods Descriptive epide-miological analysis was applied to the data of infectious disease automatic early-warning signal in Weifang city,which were collected from Nation Automatic Early-warning Information System of Infectious Diseases,and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method was applied to evaluate the disposal quality.Linear and linear combination x2 tests were performed with SPSS 21.0 statistical software,and Geoda1.18.0 was used for global au-tocorrelation and local autocorrelation analysis.Results From 2008 to 2023,the number of infectious disease automatic early-warning signal in Weifang city was 24 410,with the disposal rate of 100.00%,timely disposal rate of 98.51%,sus-pected event positive rate of 21.66%,early-warning signal positive rate of 0.66%.During the period of 2009 to 2023,sus-pected event positive rate and early-warning signal positive rate both showed increasing trend,the 2 detection of linear and linear combinations was respectively 691.217(P<0.001)and 149.939(P<0.001).From 2008 to 2023,suspected e-vent positive rate showed no significant spatial clustering(Moran's I=0.057,Z=0.91,P=0.19),local spatial autocor-relation showed that Shouguang county was high-low cluster area,Qingzhou county was low-high cluster area,Kuiwen dis-trict and Hanting district were low-low cluster areas.Early-warning signal positive rate showed no spatial aggregation dis-tribution(Moran's I=0.117,Z=0.17,P=0.46),local spatial autocorrelation showed that Shouguang county and Lin-qu county were low-high cluster areas.Integrated evaluation of TOPSIS showed that the disposal quality of early-warning signal was excellent in Gaomi county.Conclusion Infectious disease automatic early-warning signal system had been in good condition in Weifang city.
