Research on health literacy in the field of medical and health based on literature analysis of CNKI
Objective To analyze the current research status and development trend of health literacy literature in the field of healthcare in CNKI by using bibliometric methods,so as to provide a reference for future research on health litera-cy in the field of healthcare.Methods A bibliometric analysis was conducted on analyze the research on health literacy in the medical and health field from January 1,2005 to December 31,2023 in CNKI database,and the publication year,au-thor unit,journal distribution,first author productivity,keywords and funding were statistically analyzed.Results A to-tal of 2 430 valid documents were retrieved,involving 2 027 academic journals,of which"Chinese Health Education"had the largest number of articles,totaling 308,accounting for 15.19％;the number of articles published by the China Health Education Center was the largest,totaling 59.Health literacy research gradually gained momentum in 2005,and then expe-riencing a surge from 2011 to 2023.The research hotspots mainly focus on health literacy level,current situation survey,chronic diseases,healthy lifestyle,influencing factors.Conclusion The health literacy literature in the medical and health care field of CNKI database has shown a yearly growth trend,and it is primarily centered on the level of health liter-acy,current situation survey,and chronic diseases.
