近代中医药期刊视角下的带下病研究——以《杏林医学月报》(1929-1937)为例

摘要
以近代中医药期刊《杏林医学月报》为研究主体,旁参《苏州国医杂志》《针灸杂志》《医界春秋》等,通过比较分析,探讨新文化运动时代背景下,中医学界内部受西学东渐思想影响后,带下病的病因病机、治法方药及预防方法等变化,勾勒、还原其历史样貌,概括、分析其特征和意义,客观分析时代背景对医学理论的具体影响,呈现近代医学知识、医学观念及医疗技术的嬗变,以期对中医近代疾病史的研究、医案和临证经验的整理研究有所裨益.
Abstract
Taking modern Chinese medical journal of Xinglin(Apricot Grove)Medical Monthly as the research subject,with referring to Suzhou Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion,and Medical Spring and Autumn,etc,this paper investigates and explores the changes in the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,formulas and prevention of leukorrheal diseases in the Chinese medical academia,under the influence of eastward transmission of western sciences,and in the era of the New Culture Movement.Meanwhile,it outlines and restores relevant historic origination,summarizes and analyzes corresponding characteristics and significance,and objectively discusses the influence of historical background on medical theories,to present the evolution of medical knowledge,concepts and technology in modern times,expecting to contribute to the researches on the modern disease history and collation of medical records and clinical experience in Chinese medicine.
