汉唐时期,先民对胡麻的认识和利用涉及服食辟谷、药食两用、延年致仙等方面.服食辟谷方面,胡麻的服食风气延展至唐,使得胡麻饭成为唐人的美味珍馐;药食两用方面,汉唐时期胡麻在食用的基础上,其疗病祛疾的范围呈扩大趋势;延年致仙方面,以胡麻为仙药可能与魏晋时期服食风气益兴、道家饵食胡麻来养生修身有关.一粒亦药亦食的胡麻,因与当时的服食风气以及宗教相关联就具备了多重属性,值得藉此追本溯源,探究医药背后的文化因子,从而更好地传承与发展中医药文化.
During the Han and Tang dynasties,the ancestors'understanding and utilization of sesame covered three aspects.About incorporating it into the diet while reducing other regular foods,its dual use as both medicine and food,and using it as an elixir for longevity and immortality.In the aspect of taking sesame while reducing regular diet,the fashion extended to the Tang dynasty,making sesame a delicacy of the Tang dynasty people.In terms of its dual use as medicine and food,the applications of sesame in treating and preventing diseases were expanded during the Han and Tang dynasties.Regarding the pursuit of longevity and immortality,the use of sesame as an elixir may relate to its consumption trends in the Wei and Jin dynasties and Taoists using sesame for health and self-cultivation.Given its role in the dietary habits and religious practices of the time,sesame,serving both as medicine and food,embodies multiple attributes.It is worth tracing its origins and exploring the cultural factors behind its medicinal use to better inherit and develop the culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
