摘要
在近代西医人体解剖知识大量传入前,《医林改错》中的脏腑知识曾是中国传统身体范式中探究人体结构知识的重要内容.这些知识在19世纪随着《医林改错》的生产、流播与接受,逐渐参与到中西医人体解剖知识的对话中,促进了世界中西医学文化的交流与我国中西医汇通学派的形成.在近代中医人体解剖知识从传统到现代的转型中,该书可谓一部启民智、开新知的经典之作,直到今天也值得我们从书籍文化史角度对其进行重新审视.
Abstract
The knowledge of Zang-Fu(organs)in the book Yi Lin Gai Cuo(《医林改错》Correction of Errors in Medical Works)is essential for exploring the understanding of human body structure within the traditional Chinese body paradigm before the introduction of modern Western anatomical knowledge.In the 19th century,with the production,dissemination and acceptance of Correction of Errors in Medical Works,this knowledge gradually facilitated in the dialogue between traditional Chinese and Western anatomical knowledge.This interaction promoted the communication between the two medical traditions and contributed to developing an integrated Chinese-Western medical school in China.As the transformation of human anatomy knowledge in modern Chinese medicine shifted from traditional to modern approaches,this book has been regarded as a seminal work that enlightens and introduces new knowledge.It remains worthy of re-examination from the perspectives of book history and culture.
