越南《南药神效》对中医防治瘟疫的受容研究

摘要
《南药神效》是一部现存于越南的汉文古医籍,在越南医学发展史上具有重要的学术地位.《南药神效》的"瘟疫篇"提供了一份真实反映古代越南防治瘟疫思路的医学史料,其防治瘟疫重视"扶正驱邪",强调人体"正气"的重要作用,具有"取材方便、操作简单、疗效显著、容易普及"特点.通过与中国医学典籍相比较,考证《南药神效》防治瘟疫思想的来源.可见其对瘟疫发病条件、邪入途径、预防及治疗方法的认识主要来源于对中国传统医学的移植和借鉴,这种"域外接受"形式使中国医学宝贵的防疫经验在更广的范围内惠及汉文化圈的民众,也反映了中国古代防疫思想在越南特定地域和环境下的传播和发展.
Abstract
Nan Yao Shen Xiao(《南药神效》Southern Medicine Magic Effect)is an ancient Chinese medical book in Vietnam and holds an essential academic position in the history of medical development in Vietnam.The"plague chapter"of Southern Medicine Magic Effect provides medical historical materials that genuinely reflect the ideas of preventing and controlling the plague in ancient Vietnam.Its method attaches importance to"reinforce healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors"and emphasizes the critical role of"healthy qi"in the human body.The method has the characteristics of"convenient material selection,simple operation,significant curative effect,and easy popularization".By comparing it with Chinese medical classics,the paper explored the origin of plague prevention and treatment in the Southern Medicine Magic Effect.Its understanding of the conditions of plague onset,ways of evil invasion,prevention,and treatment methods mainly comes from transplantation and the reference to traditional medicine in China.This form of"extraterritorial acceptance"makes the valuable experience of epidemic prevention in China's medicine benefit the people of the Chinese cultural sphere in a broader range.This reflects the dissemination and development of ancient Chinese epidemic prevention ideas in specific regions and environments in Vietnam.
