出土秦汉简帛经方的流传脉络与发展

摘要
南北朝时期的《范汪方》《深师方》等方书保留了不少与出土秦汉经方高度一致的药方.通过对读出土秦汉简帛经方文献与传世方书,发现形成于秦汉时期的经方并没有完全失传,其精华已悄然汇入经方医学的历史长河,滋养着后世经方医学的发展与创新.经方本身关系到文化积淀与历史传承,是组成民族记忆与中华文明不可或缺的一部分.出土经方重要性的一个体现,恰恰在于其与传世经方是一脉相承的,从而为印证中华文明的源远流长、延绵不断,提供了医学上的证据.
Abstract
During the Northern and Southern Dynasties,the Fan Wang Fang(《范汪方》Fan Wang's Prescriptions)and Shen Shi Fang(《深师方》Master Shen s Prescriptions)preserved many prescriptions that were highly consistent with the unearthed Qin and Han classic formulas.By comparing the unearthed Qin-Han bamboo slips and silk manuscriptions with the passed-down formularies,it is found that some classic formulas formed during the Qin and Han periods had been inherited and developed by later medical experts,with their essence integrated with and nourishing the development and innovation of classic formulas in later generations,which constitute an essential part of national memory and Chinese civilization in promoting cultural accumulation and historical inheritance.The importance of unearthed documents lies precisely in their continuity with the passed-down classic formulas,which further confirms the continuity of Chinese civilization and provides medical evidence for it.
