越南医籍《海上懒翁医宗心领》版本考

摘要
《海上懒翁医宗心领》是越南第一部内容完备的医学全书,在越南医学史上有里程碑的意义.该书由越南医家黎有卓所著,早期以手稿本或传抄本形式流传于其弟子之间,名为《懒翁心领》,经后人搜集、刊印,于咸宜元年(1885)刊刻出版,名为《新镌海上懒翁医宗心领全帙》.通过考据该书版本的发生发展过程以及发展过程中形成的相互关系,梳理该书不同版本之间的源流演变,为今人研究越南医家黎有卓医学思想在越南的发展脉络提供参考.
Abstract
Hai Thuong Lan Ong Y Tong Tam Linh is the first comprehensive medical book in Vietnam,and has significance as a milestone in the history of Vietnamese medicine.The book was written by Vietnamese Doctor Le Huu Trac in the forms of handwritten or transcribed copies named Lan Ong Tam Linh passed by his students in the early days.Collected and published by later generations,in the first year of Ham Nghi(1885),it was printed and published under the title Tan Thuyen Hai Thuong Y Tong Tam Linh Toan Trat.By investigating the evolution process of different versions of the book and the interrelationships formed during the process,sorting out the lineage transmission among the versions,the study aims to provide reference for contemporary research on the developmental trajectory of the medical thought of Vietnamese Doctor Le Huu Trac.
