摘要
根据《经方小品》残卷的内容,结合相关文献及实践经验,剖析经方的源流、范畴、理法基础.经方是经过历史验证的疗效确定、诊候明朗、药性恰合、方论精深、医理完备的旧方,其范畴涵盖张仲景方、葛洪方、孙思邈方、王焘方以及出土医方等.脏腑经络、寒热虚实是经方理法的基础,营卫气血、阴阳表里是经方理法的核心.明确经方的概念、范畴,了解经方的内涵,并于临床中不断求索,才能构建出理法方药完备的病脉证治体系.
Abstract
According to the contents of the fragmentary texts of Jing Fang Xiao Pin(《经方小品》A Trifle Collection of Classical Formulas),combined with relevant literature and practical experience,this study analyzes the origin,category and theoretical foundation of classical formulas.Classical formulas are old prescriptions with confirmed curative effects,clear diagnosis,perfect medicinal properties,profound prescription theory and complete medical theory after historical verification.The book covers classical formulas from Zhang Zhongjing,Ge Hong,Sun Simiao,Wang Tao and unearthed medical prescriptions.Zang and Fu(脏腑),meridians and collaterals,cold and heat,deficiency and excess are the basis of both theory and practice of classical formulas;Ying-nutrients and Wei-defense,qi and blood,yin and yang,exterior and interior lie at the core of the logos.Scholars should clearly define the concept and category of classical formulas,understand the connotation of classical formulas,and pursue them tirelessly in clinical practice.Only in this way can they construct a complete diagnosis and treatment system based on the pulse pattern treatment system.
