察尔汗盐湖别勒滩矿区低钾原卤溶矿试验初步研究

文章以浅部固体钾盐为研究对象,尝试利用低钾原卤为溶剂,开展野外固液转化试验,分析其溶矿变化特征.试验结果显示:试验过程中试验区内水位显著上升,试验后6#试验渠卤水及探坑涌水中KCl含量上升、NaCl含量下降,原卤质量明显得到提升.此现象有力证明了低钾原卤作为溶剂可以将区域内的固体钾盐转化为液相.鉴于低钾原卤对于石盐是饱和的,且在含钾矿物的溶解过程中会析出石盐矿物,试验过程中不会大规模破坏盐层的骨架,不会对采卤设施造成影响.综上所述,采用低钾原卤作为溶剂实施固液转化的策略是可行的.
Preliminary Study on Low Potassium Original Brine Dissolved Ore Test in the Bieletan Mining Area of Cha'erhan Salt Lake
Taking shallow solid potassium salt as the research object,this article attempts to use low potas-sium original brine as the solvent to conduct field solid-liquid conversion experiments,and analyzes charac-teristics of mineral dissolution changes.The experimental results show that the water level in the experimen-tal area significantly increased during the experiment.After the experiment,the KCl content in the brine of the 6#brine extraction channel and the inflow water of the test pit increased,and the NaCl content decreased.The quality of the original brine was significantly improved,indicating that low potassium original brine can be used as a solvent to convert solid potassium salts in the area into liquid phase.Due to the saturation of low potassium original brine for the NaCl,and the dissolution process of potassium containing minerals will precipitate halite,Therefore,the skeleton of the salt layer will not be extensively damaged during the experiment,and it will not affect the brine extraction facilities.It is feasible to use low potassium raw brine as a solvent for solid-liquid conversion.
