离子色谱法同时测定卤水中9种阳离子

文章建立了离子色谱法同时测定盐湖卤水和油气田卤水中的Li+、Na+、K+、NH4+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Sr2+以及Rb+、Cs+9种可溶性阳离子的方法.选用MetrosepC6-150柱(150 mm × 4 mm)为分离柱,以4 mmol·L-1HNO3为流动相,流速为0.9 mL·min-1,柱温为45 ℃,进样量为20 μL.9种阳离子的线性测量范围为0.10~100 mg·L-1,相关系数均达到0.999 9,方法检出限为0.002~0.087 mg·L-1,定量限为0.006~0.292 mg·L-1.测定结果相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.20%~1.94%,加标回收率为98.05%~102.89%.本方法具有准确度高、线性范围宽、样品处理简便等优点,适用于盐湖卤水和油气田卤水样品的批量测定.
Simultaneous Determination of Nine Cations in Brines by Ion Chromatography
A method for simultaneous determination of Li+,Na+,K+,NH4+,Rb+,Cs+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Sr2+in brines by ion chromatography was established.Metrosep C6-150 cation chromatographic column was used which was eluted by 4 mmol·L-1 HNO3.With the flow rate of 0.9 mL·min-1,and the column temperature of 45 ℃.The mass concentration of nine cations had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.10-100.00 mg·L-1,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999 9.The detec-tion limits of the method were 0.002-0.087 mg·L-1,and the quantitation limits were 0.006-0.292 mg·L-1.The relative standard deviations of determination results were 0.20%-1.94%(n=10),and the recoveries of the standard addition were 98.05%-102.89%.The method has a simple sample pretreatment procedure and simple and a wide linear range,which is suitable for rapid determination of cations in brines.
