文章利用K+、Mg2+、Na+//Cl-、SO42-—H2O五元介稳相图水盐体系理论数据和类似项目采集的工艺数据,基于物料平衡原理,建立了一种由硫酸镁亚型盐湖卤水生产硫酸钾全流程物料平衡的计算模型,并以我国西部某盐湖卤水生产硫酸钾为应用对象,证明该计算模型设计合理,简单明了,可操作性强.
Calculation Model of Potassium Sulfate Production Process from Magnesium Sulfate Subtype Salt Lake Brine
This article uses K+,Mg2+,Na+/Cl-,SO42-—H2O five element metastable phase diagram data and process data collected from similar projects to establish a material balance calculation model for the entire process of producing potassium sulfate from magnesium sulfate subtype salt lake brine.The calculation model is applied to the production of potassium sulfate from a salt lake brine in western China,proving that the design of the calculation model is reasonable,simple clear and has strong operability.
