摘要
临床医学博士专业学位研究生教育是培养高层次临床医生的重要途径.本文结合当前我国临床医学博士专业学位研究生临床实践能力培养现状,分析关键问题所在,建议以立德树人为根本,明确人才培养目标;以均质化培养为目标,推进相关制度建设;以岗位胜任力为核心,逐级落实分类培养;以加强协同为关键,保障临床实践质量;培养高层次临床医生,服务健康中国战略.
Abstract
The professional doctoral degree education on clinical medicine is an essential way to train high-level clinicians.Based on the current situation of clinical practice ability cultivation of professional doctoral degree on clinical medicine in China,this paper analyzes the key problems,and suggests that cultivating talents should be defined based on moral cultivation;promoting the construction of relevant system with the aim of homogeneously producing fit-for-purpose graduates;taking competence as the core and implementing classification training step by step;strengthening collaboration as the key to ensure the quality of clinical practice.For purpose to cultivating high-level clinicians to serve the strategy of healthy China.
