分光光度法测定铅(Ⅱ)的研究进展

综述了近年来国内外光度法测定痕量铅(Ⅱ)的研究进展.对直接显(褪)色光度法、催化动力学光度法、阻抑动力学光度法、荧光光度法、共振光散射法、化学发光分析法以及相关联用技术从反应体系、介质条件、线性范围、检出限、实际应用对象等方面进行了归纳.对光度法测定铅(Ⅱ)的研究方向和发展前景进行了展望:深入探讨反应机理,建立合理、便捷的铅(Ⅱ)光度分析新体系以提高分析检测的选择性和重现性;开发灵敏度高、选择性强、稳定性好的无毒或低毒新型显色剂以改善检测方法;加强与高效分离、富集检测技术联用,简化分析检测过程以减少测定干扰,实现对痕量铅(Ⅱ)的准确测定.
Progress on spectrophotometric determination of lead(Ⅱ)
The development of spectrophotometriodetermination of lead(Ⅱ) is reviewed. The main anal-ysis methods include conventional spectrophotometry, catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry , inhibition kinetic spectrophotometry, fluorescence speetrophotometry , resonance light scattering, chemilumi-nescence analysis and coupling technique. The system, condition, linear range, detection limit and ap-plications of each method are summarized. The development trend of spectrophotometric method for the determination of lead(Ⅱ) in the future is also discussed. Firstly, the reaction mechanism was ex-plored for the purpose of setting up a novel reasonable and simple spectrophotometric analysis system of lead(Ⅱ) to improve selectivity and reproducibility. Secondly, new ehromogenic reagents were devel-oped which are of high sensitivity, selectivity, stability, and non or low toxicity to improve detection methods. Thirdly, by combining with the high effective separation and enrichment technology analyti-cal process was simplified to reduce interference, realizing the accurate determination of trace lead(Ⅱ).
