ARL3460火花放电原子发射光谱仪测定纯铝中铁含量,随着检测时间增加,铁的测定结果逐渐降低.通过数理统计方法对分析仪器稳定性的特征参数评价,不符合稳定性要求.依据火花放电原子发射光谱仪检测原理,分析造成这一故障的原因,可能来自激发系统,光学系统,测光系统.从硬件方面进行处理,依次维护对电极、氩气系统,维护辅助电极、清理透镜、狭缝描迹、更换管线、更换光电倍增管.对设备经过维护维修后再次进行稳定性检验,结果表明维护维修完成后稳定性符合要求,稳定时间从0.5 h提高到4 h.硬件处理方法相比常用的分析软件漂移校正更加有效,能使仪器在较长时间符合质量控制要求,同时也为使用同类型仪器的其他实验室提供参考.
Cause analysis and treatment of stability decline of ARL3460 spark discharge atomic emission spectrometer
The ARL3460 spark discharge atomic emission spectrometer was used to determine the iron con-tent in pure aluminum.As the detection time increased,the determination results of iron gradually de-creased.The characteristic parameters of stability of analytical instrument were evaluated by mathematical statistics,which could not meet the stability requirements.Based on the detection principle of spark dis-charge atomic emission spectrometer,the cause of this malfunction was analyzed.It may be attributed to the excitation system,optical system,and photometric system.The instrument was maintained from the hardware aspect,including the maintenance of counter electrode,argon system and auxiliary electrode,the cleaning of lens,the tracing of slit,and the replacement of pipeline and photomultiplier.The stability test was conducted again after maintenance and repairment.The results showed that the stability could meet the requirements,and the stability time was improved from 0.5 h to 4 h.The hardware treatment method was more effective than the commonly used drift correction by analysis software.This method could enable the instrument to meet quality control requirements for a long time,and also provide reference for other la-boratories using the same type of instrument.
