TA1纯钛冷轧薄板表面开裂原因分析

针对TA1纯钛冷轧薄板表面开裂问题,采用宏观分析、扫描电镜(SEM)、化学分析、光学显微镜、显微硬度计等手段,对开裂原因进行了分析.结果表明,冷轧薄板开裂位于严重的表面褶皱区内,褶皱区板中心存在聚集分布的硬α相区,氧元素富集形成的硬、脆α相在轧制过程中不能同步变形,形成了内部开裂程度不同的表面褶皱,氧富集程度低的区域形成较浅的表面褶皱,氧富集程度高的区域形成严重的表面褶皱,同时异常的杂质A1元素富集于部分硬α区加剧了材料脆化形成解理断裂,薄板由内部开裂的褶皱缺陷提前扩展为宏观的表面开裂.
Cause analysis of surface cracking of TA1 pure titanium cold rolled sheet
Aiming at the surface cracking problem of TA1 pure titanium cold rolled sheet,the causes of cracking were analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM),chemical a-nalysis,optical microscope and microhardness tester.The results showed that the cracking of cold rolled sheet was located in the serious surface wrinkle area,and there was a hard α phase area in the center of the wrinkle area.The hard and brittle α phases formed by the enrichment of oxygen elements could not be de-formed synchronously during the rolling process,leading to surface wrinkles with different degrees of inter-nal cracking.The area with low oxygen enrichment formed shallow surface wrinkles,while the area with high oxygen enrichment formed serious surface wrinkles.At the same time,the abnormal enrichment of im-purity Al elements in some hard α areas aggravated the embrittlement of materials,forming cleavage frac-ture.The internal cracking wrinkle defect in the sheet expanded to the macroscopic surface cracking in ad-vance.
