电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)因其分析速度快、检出限低、线性范围宽、多元素同时分析等特点在核工业分析中得到广泛应用.本文对核工业样品分解方法、分离技术、进样技术、干扰校正方法进行了介绍,总结并比较了各方法的优缺点;评述了在传统四极杆ICP-MS基础上发展的多种质谱形式、联用技术及其在核工业分析中的应用;讨论了 ICP-MS在核工业分析应用研究中的重点和难点,并对ICP-MS的发展前景进行了展望.
Application of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry in nuclear industry analysis
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)has been widely used in nuclear industry analysis because of its characteristics such as fast analysis speed,low detection limit,wide linear range and simultaneous analysis of multiple elements.In this paper,the decomposition method of nuclear industrial sample,separation technique,sampling technique and interference correction method were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method were summarized and compared.The development of va-rious MS types and combination techniques based on the traditional quadrupole ICP-MS as well as their ap-plication in nuclear industry were reviewed.The key points and difficulties of ICP-MS application in nucle-ar industry analysis were discussed,and the development direction of ICP-MS was prospected.
