Application of random sampling in quality inspection of lithium carbonate future goods
Battery-grade lithium carbonate has entered the futures market since January 2024.Due to the lack of special sampling standards,the sampling representativeness of different inspection bodies varies greatly.In order to improve the sampling representativeness in quality inspection of lithium carbonate fu-ture goods,the two-stage random sampling of lithium carbonate in plastic packaging forms was studied.The definition,significance and process of random sampling were introduced.The application of four ran-dom number generation methods,including random number table method,pseudo-random number meth-od,playing card method and table tennis method,in actual inspection process of lithium carbonate was in-vestigated.This study could provide important technical support to apply random sampling method when two-stage sampling method was used for quality inspection of lithium carbonate.
