碳钢表面硅烷膜的制备及其防腐性能研究

以1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,通过共水解缩合法制得复合硅烷处理剂,其在碳钢表面可覆盖形成具有致密结构的硅烷膜.测试结果表明该硅烷膜明显提升了碳钢的耐酸、耐碱、耐盐腐蚀性能;在硅烷膜上继续涂覆氟硅封护涂料可进一步提高耐腐蚀性能.经该硅烷膜/氟硅封护涂层处理的碳钢样品在干湿老化360 h后的腐蚀面积仅为2.08%,在1 mol/L的H2SO4、NaOH、NaCl水溶液中测得的腐蚀电流密度分别为4.12×10-7、4.12×10-7、1.05×10-9 mA/cm2.
Research on Preparation of Silane Film on the Surface of Carbon Steel and its Property of Corrosion Resistance
A complex silane treatment agent was prepared by cohydrolysis and condensation with 1,2-bis (triethoxysilyl) ethane and vinyltrimethoxysilane as the raw materials.It is coated on the surface of the carbon steel,forming a silane film with a dense structure.Results show that the silane film significantly improves the acid resistance,alkali resistance and salt corrosion resistance of the carbon steel;and more fluorosilicone coating on the film of silane can further improve its corrosion resistance.The corrosion area of the carbon steel sample,which is treated by the silane film/fluorosilicone sealant coating,is only 2.08% after 360 hours of dry and wet aging.The corrosion current density measured in the aqueous solution of H2SO4,NaOH,NaCl (1 moL/L) is 4.12 × 10-7,4.12 × 10-7,1.05 × 10-9 mA/cm2 respectively.
