耐高温有机硅导热绝缘复合材料的制备及性能研究

以高黏度双组分硅树脂为基体、复配改性氧化铝为填料,与聚酰亚胺膜复合成型制得有机硅导热绝缘复合材料.测试了该复合材料的性能,及其在250℃高温、冷热循环、高温高湿条件下老化1 000 h后的性能变化情况.结果表明,有机硅导热绝缘复合材料的热导率为4.2 W/(m·K)、邵氏OO硬度为65、密度为3.35 g/min、拉伸强度为10.5 MPa、断裂伸长率为56%、击穿电压为17.8 kV/mm、1 kV直流绝缘阻抗为56 752 MQ,耐高温和耐老化性能良好,有望在新能源汽车等领域得到进一步应用.
Preparation and Properties of High Temperature Resistant Silicone Thermal Insulation Composites
The silicone thermal insulation composites were prepared with high viscosity two-component silicone as base,the modified alumina as filler,and polyimide film(PI).The performance of the composites was tested,as well as its performance changes after aging for 1,000 hours under high temperature of 250 ℃,cold-hot cycles.Result show that the silicone thermal in-sulation composites has thermal conductivity of4.2 W/(m·K),Shore OO hardness of 65,the density of3.35 g/min,the tensile strength of 10.5 MPa,the elongation at break of 56%,the breakdown voltage of 17.8 kV/mm,and the DC insulation resistance(1 kV)is 56,752 MΩ.It has good high temperature and aging resistance and is expected to be further applied in the field of new energy vehicles.
