The performance differences of five commercially available thermal conductive silicone grease(A,B,C,D,E)were investigated under room temperature,100 ℃ for 720 h or 150℃ for 720 h,respectively.The results show that grease D has the highest thermal conductivity at room temperature.The high temperature stability of grease C treated at 100 ℃ for 720 h is the best because of its small change in thermal conductivity and resistance,but it appears harden and poor stability at 150 ℃ for 720 h.Grease A,B,D and E have good stability under the temperature of 150 ℃.Which grease shall be chosen depends on the service environment.
