摘要
本文研究了增容剂种类和用量对有机硅/聚氨酯热塑性弹性体物理性能及微观形貌的影响.研究发现:不同增容剂均可以有效改善硅橡胶/聚氨酯热塑性弹性体的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和硅橡胶微球尺寸,但效果具有显著差别.其中,马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯/乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物对弹性体性能的改善效果最优异,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率增幅分别为 41.6%和 22.6%,马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体次之,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯和乙烯丙烯酸共聚物相近,但也比未添加增容剂的胶料拉伸强度提高24.3%,断裂伸长率略有提高.增容剂的用量对硅橡胶和聚氨酯的界面相互作用和物理性能具有明显影响,其随着增容剂用量的增加呈先增加后不变的现象.
Abstract
The effect of the compatibilizers on the physical properties and micro-morphology of silicone rubber/polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers were investigated.Results show that compatibilizers effectively improve the tensile strength and elonga-tion at break,and size of silicone rubber microspheres in silicone rubber/polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers,but different compatibilizers have different effects.Among them,SEBS-g-MAH has the best improvement with tensile strength increased by 41.6%and elongation at break increased by 22.6%,followed by POE-g-MAH.PP-g-MAH and EAA has the similar result,comparedwith the rubber without compatibilizer,the tensile strength is increased by 24.3%,and the elengation at break is slightly increased.The amount of compatibilizer has a significant impact on the interface interaction and physical properties of sil-icone rubber/polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers,and it first increases and then remains the same with the increasing of com-patibilizer.
