Synthesis of Methylphenyldimethoxysilane via In-Situ Grignard Reaction

摘要
以氯苯(PhCl)、甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)和镁(Mg)为原料,甲基三氯硅烷(MTCS)为促进剂,通过原位格氏法一步制得甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷[MePhSi(OMe)2],并设计了4 因素3 水平的正交实验考察各工艺条件对产物收率的影响.结果表明,较佳的工艺条件为:Mg、PhCl、MTMS和MTCS的物质的量之比为1.0∶1.4∶2.5∶0.3,回流反应8h,此时产物收率可达78%.
Abstract
Methylphenyldimethoxysilane[MePhSi(OMe)2]were synthesized in one step with chlorobenzene(PhCl),mag-nesium(Mg)power,and methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)as the raw materials,and methyltrichlorosilane(MTCS)as accelerator via in-situ Grignard reaction.The factors which influencing the yield of the products were explored and the optimum parameters for the reaction were determined in orthogonal experiment.The results indicate that when the molar ratio of Mg,PhCl,MTMS,and MTCS is1.0∶1.4∶2.5∶0.3,the reflux reaction time is8 hours,the synthetic yield of methylphenyldimethoxysilane is78%.
