二苯基二甲氧基硅烷对气相硅橡胶混炼胶性能的影响

摘要
通过在气相法硅橡胶密炼工序中加入一定量的二苯基二甲氧基硅烷,与羟基硅油共同处理气相法白炭黑,分析了二苯基二甲氧基硅烷加入量对气相混炼胶塑性值、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度、耐高温等性能的影响规律.结果表明:在制备气相混炼胶的捏合密炼工序中加入一定量的二苯基二甲氧基硅烷,可以提高气相胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度以及耐高温性能,但同时也会使气相胶的塑性值升高,断裂伸长率降低.
Abstract
Adding a certain amount of diphenyldimethoxysilane into the gas-phase silicone rubber,and treating gas-phase sil-ica with hydroxyl silicone oil,the diphenyldimethoxysilane was analyzed on its plastic values,tensile strength,elongation,tear strength,high temperature resistance and other properties of the gas-phase silicone rubber.The results showed that the prepared silicone rubber was improved with the tensile strength,tear strength and high temperature resistance,meanwhile it also increased the plasticity value and reduced the elongation of the gas-phase rubber.
