沉淀硫酸钡对有机硅密封胶的影响

本文以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷和二甲基硅油等为原料,沉淀硫酸钡和纳米碳酸钙等为填料,添加适量的硅烷偶联剂和催化剂制得脱酮肟型有机硅密封胶.主要考察了沉淀硫酸钡对有机硅密封胶拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、模量、挤出性和外观的影响.结果表明:随着沉淀硫酸钡在密封胶中添加量增多,制备的密封胶拉伸强度和断裂伸长率明显下降,但挤出性明显提高;当沉淀硫酸钡在填料中的质量分数为25%时,有机硅密封胶的外观和力学性能达到最佳.
Effect of Precipitated Barium Sulfate on Silicone Sealant
The deketoxime silicone sealant was prepared with α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane and dimethylsilicone oil as raw materials,precipitated barium sulphate and nano-calcium carbonate as fillers,silane coupling agent and catalysts.The effects of precipitated barium sulfate on the tensile strength,elongation at break,modulus,extrusion and appearance of silicone sealants were investigated.The results show that the prepared sealant decreases significantly in the tensile strength and elongation at break,while the extrudability increases significantly,when the precipitated barium sulfate getting more and more in the seal-ant.The silicone sealant has the optimum appearance and mechanical properties when the precipitated barium sulphate is 25wt%.
