摘要
本文叙述了硅烷改性聚醚(MS)预聚体的合成路线及主要区别,并以钟化MS产品为对象,从配方角度综述了预聚体、增塑剂、填料、偶联剂、催化剂和除水剂的类型或用量对MS密封胶力学性能和工艺性能的影响,最后总结了MS密封胶的市场现状并展望了未来发展趋势.
Abstract
The synthesis route and main differences of silane modified polyether(MS)prepolymers are described.Taking Kaneka MS prepolymers as the example,effect of prepolymer,plasticizer,filler,coupling agent,catalyst and desiccant on the mechanical and process properties of MS sealant have been reviewed.Finally,the market status of MS sealants is summarized and the future is prospected.
